COMPANY POLICY

To ensure adequate processing time, please allow us 48 business hours to begin processing the order before inquiring. Each and every time the status of your order changes, you will be notified by the email that you provided with your order. All orders placed before 1 p.m. (EST) will begin processing the same business day, otherwise all orders will begin processing the following business day. 

PLEASE NOTE ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO 2-DAY PAYMENT PROCESSING WAITING TIME. 

SHIPPING​

All items are shipped via U.S. Postal service (USPS) and will take approximately 3-7 days for delivery. Once your order is shipped, the tracking number will be provided to the email address associated with your order.

​ALL SALES ARE SUBJECT TO 7-10 DAY TURN AROUND TIME TO ALLOW FOR PAYMENT VERIFICATION AND ORDER PROCESSING TIME. ONCE YOUR TRACKING NUMBER HAS BEEN PROVIDED, YOUR ORDER SHOULD ARRIVE IN 1-3 SHIPPING DAYS. 

*We will not be responsible for any lost packages. Please contact the shipping provider in regards to any packages that has not been received after it has been shipped. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
